For a newly composed family from Tremelo, we designed and built Residence KP, a newly built villa that clearly bears our signature. The rural façade was built in old Beerse reclaimed stone. The façade was coated with lime plaster and thanks to the well thought-out green layout at the front it is hidden from the street. The interior, in turn, is modern, refined and high-end, overlooking the garden from the entrance hall via the dining room with its majestic chandelier. The immense window, a technical feat that extends over the entire rear façade with living room, dining room and kitchen, also provides an abundant and unrelenting connection to the outdoors.
Residence KP is a wellness story. You step right through the front door into a serene hotel experience. This was brought about thanks to the Mediterranean colour palette consisting of earth tones and azure accents without adding an exotic touch. The interior feels natural and provides a warm sense of home. The master bedroom, like a true, luxurious hotel suite, links the bathroom, dressing room and bedroom and overlooks the garden. Unique to Residence KP is the roof terrace with jacuzzi. For us, this was the perfect way to create the ultimate holiday feeling, thanks to the combination of a fifth façade, the wellness aspect and the framing by lush greenery.
The kitchen area clearly shows that this family loves dining. Although the focus there is on the functional aspect, we also added a relaxing note with a compact breakfast corner and a nice connection to the terrace. Other fascinating features in Residence KP are the fireplace furniture and the car lift that brings the weekend car to the underground space. Furthermore, we already provided space in the design phase to fit art into the house. Do you also see how the living room has two additional seating areas adjacent to it? One is a gaming and relaxation area for the children, the other serves as a reception area for the parents. That design idea too illustrates how we perfectly align all our projects with the life and well-being of the residents.
